Processing related to the web services provided by this site takes place at the headquarters of ENIO OTTAVIANI and is only carried out by technical staff from the office responsible for processing, or possibly by people employed in occasional maintenance operations. These data are: IP addresses or the domain names of computers used by connected users, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of requested resources, the time, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the reply file obtained, the numeric code indicating the status of the response from the server and other parameters.
These data are used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information about site use and to monitor its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of alleged computer crimes against the site.

The optional, voluntary forwarding of emails to addresses contained in the site, involves the consequent acquisition of the sender's address which is necessary to reply to requests. Other personal data contained in the email are also acquired and these will be processed for the sole purpose of replying to the sender's requests.

The site does not use cookies to transmit personal information, nor are persistent cookies used to track users. The use of session cookies (which are not stored permanently on the user's computer and disappear when the browser is closed down) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (random numbers generated by the server) required to permit the secure, efficient exploration of the site. The user can set his browser to advise him of the presence of a cookie and decide whether to accept it or not (the user may also set his browser to automatically reject all cookies).
