CACIARA, the happy noise

Cà-cìa-ra
 

It means

noise and great rejoicing. We renamed it #THEHAPPYNOISE.

For us it means shared joy. It is – as well – the name of our blog, and our intent is to talk about  people and habits of Romagna.

 

Consider a bottle of wine and glasses , consider some chairs and arrange them around a table.

Then add the dishes in “plein air”, next to the vineyards, for sure in summer.

 

Consider a country family of Romagna. Taste the food  Romagna, genuine and true .

Give to the people the time to call each other by name.

I let you see this picture  with a background of  laughting  and  happy confusion .

In a certain way  this blog  represents  our way of meeting other people and it’s our way of understanding how wine becomes a system of dialogue, of different exchanges and visions, sometimes quite similar.

 

This is a word which came about in 1930, ‘gàzzarra’.

 

Caciara is our Red Wine Romagna Superior Sangiovese D.O. P .

With #caciara, we dedicate the desire to discover our land at its best and re-establish that to our Italian friends, what happens around the world.

Caciara is also a  collecting stories  project, which are important to understand people and  tell us about wine and speak of places,

here in Romagna and out there in the world around us.

The pen and the soul of the project is Ofelia Bartolucci,
